DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Enjoy an intense individual massage of 60 min, in your room, by the hand of our expert therapists. The massage is focused on relieving accumulated tension after physical exertion. The session includes stretching and manual pressure is high.

Conditions

• The massage is individual and lasts 60 minutes.
• Only one massage at a time can be performed in a room. If you wish to book two massages, we recommend to do so over two consecutive hours.
• The massage has to be booked at least 1 day in advance.
• Price: 120€
• In case of cancelation prior to 3h you will be charged the total amount. In case of cancellation up to 3h to 6h you will be charged the half amount.

Recommendations

• Have a hot bath or a hot shower prior to the massage to start relaxing.
• Avoid heavy meals before the massage.
• Wear loose-fitted and comfortable clothes.
• Let the physiotherapist know about your preferences regarding pressure and your most sensitive body areas.
• Avoid noisy external elements during the massage, like mobile phones, TV, etc.
• Drink water before and after the massage. Hydration is important.
• Try to “give yourself in” to the massage session, liberating your mind of burdens and responsibilities.
