Set in one of the hotel’s most special places, a glass conservatory area which opens out onto an interior garden where you can enjoy the Pulitzer’s cuisine and cocktail selection ‘al fresco’, under the stars.

The menu offers fresh, healthy dishes made with fresh seasonal market products, such as tuna tataki marinated in soy sauce and sesame oil with a ginger foam, Sirloin steak with potato mille-feuilles or chocolate coulant with coconut ice cream and white chocolate curls.
