- All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card (AMERICAN EXPRESS – DINERS CLUB – MASTERCARD/EUROCARD – CARTE BLEUE -VISA).
If the credit card is not valid, or we have not received the bank transfer form, the hotel will cancel the reservation 24 hours before the arrival date.
- No deposit required up to 10 days of stay and from 10 days on, 100% deposit required.
- Check-in time: 14H.
- Check-out time: 12H.
- Children between 0-2 years: free of charge.
- No pets allowed.
- Late Departure Fee Policy: Until 6pm, we will charge 60€. From 6 pm, we will charge 1 day fee. – Cots are only available on previous request, as the hotel needs to check this availability. – Do not hesitate to contact with us in order to get more info.
Cancellation policy
- Reservations cancelled 24 hours before the arrival date will not be charged to the guest.
- All cancellations not done 24 hours prior to arrival or NO-SHOW (no presentation in the hotel) will be charged with the 100% fee of the first night (+10% VAT)
